We protect and preserve your assets
Making sure that your assets remain properly protected if they need to be transported, or put into storage for a length of time, is key to efficient and cost effective operations. All our packaging solutions are bespoke to each individual client, and each individual asset.
We source, procure, and produce all the equipment and materials needed, including heavy duty, durable bespoke INTERCEPT Technology® bags, hand stitched to fit your requirement. If necessary, we can even construct temporary secure storage buildings from scratch to house high value, large scale assets.
We package
We offer a market-leading range of customised packaging solutions, designing and producing equipment covers for trolleys, forklifts and even helicopters. As the UK’s sole supplier of INTERCEPT Technology® anti-corrosion packaging materials, we ensure your assets are 100% protected against rust and water ingress in the medium to long term, when packed and stored correctly.
Assets are further protected against accidental damage in transit using cardboard and foam dunnage. We can supply plywood boxes, pallet collars and clay desiccant to you if you if you’re packing goods for shipment yourself – and we offer full training should you need it. We can pack onsite for you, or in our warehouse.
We Stitch
Our small, inhouse team of stitchers and designers are sticklers for accuracy and getting it right. They’ll create a prototype of your packaging before going into full production, to check every last detail.
We Shrinkwrap
If it’s big, if it’s being transported long distances or stored outside in all weathers, our INTERCEPT Technology® shrink wrapping service is the best choice for sealing up your assets safely. When heat is applied to shrink wrap, it forms an almost impenetrable seal, moulding itself to the shape of your object. Shrink wrap is incredibly durable, and difficult to tear or puncture. It can withstand a wide range of temperatures without sagging or becoming brittle.
Anti-corrosion INTERCEPT Technology® means that our 200µm shrink wrap is waterproof, weatherproof and tamperproof, and it’s recyclable. It prevents any water penetration, guaranteeing that your goods will arrive rust-free at their destination. You can even put your branding and logo on it, if your goods are in transit, or being stored in a public area.
We project manage
Because we’re long-term suppliers for many of our clients, we often take on full project management responsibility for their packing, shipping and storage process.
Our experience means that we can troubleshoot ahead of time, spotting any bottlenecks or production issues – and sorting them out – before they happen and hold things up. We tackle logistical issues as challenges, not obstacles.
Our Packaging Audits
We offer packaging audits to identify bottlenecks and streamline your packaging processes.
The audit tracks your packaging cycle end-to-end, from manufacturer to goods in processes to work in progress and goods out. We’ll recommend best practice, identify cost savings and are happy to implement solutions and train staff. We always follow up any implementation to assess the ROI and improvements made.
Our Onsite Packing Service
We can provide on-site packing services if you have resourcing constraints, a tight deadline or a complex application. The onsite packing service means you can scale up flexibly during peak demand periods – with an expert team. We can weld material to size on site, or we’ll arrive with preformed kits ready to pack high volumes of product speedily and safely.
Repair & Maintenance
Our woven bags and tarpaulins and shrink-wrapped products come with up to 5 years guarantee. Packaging has to withstand weather conditions, uv light and wide temperature variations. So, should a product become damaged – ripped in transit, or need new panels – we can repair, so you can reuse. It’s cost efficient and environmentally friendly.

Every project we undertake is bespoke – requiring a unique solution. There literally never is a ‘one size fits all’ quote because every job has unique variables of product, storage conditions or transit requirements.
