We design, shrinkwrap, heat seal, stitch, build, box and ship. It sounds dull, but what’s exciting about packaging is the challenge of protecting, storing or transporting any object, anywhere.

Who we are
Toorak Limited is a UK-based packaging solutions company and sole supplier for INTERCEPT Technology® anti-corrosion products. We create high quality, custom packaging for the automotive, aerospace, energy and gas and oil industries.
In the past, we’ve wrapped just about everything from JCB engines to classic cars and bikes, sculptures for the Tate Art Museum, the Queen’s silverware and Babcock helicopters.
We’re happy to advise and supply packaging products to you and then train your own team to use them. Or we can provide a full, end-to-end packaging service.
We like to think there’s nothing we can’t wrap.
The biggest things we ever wrapped
were four fuel tanks the height of small 2-storey buildings (but the helicopters were much sexier).
The smallest things we ever designed packaging for
were minute electrical components resistors – destined for 20 years’ long term storage.

How we work
Deadlines don’t faze us and hard graft certainly doesn’t scare us! We’ll do whatever it takes to get the job done. Working onsite, either independently or alongside your team, or in our own warehouse, whichever is the most time and cost-effective.

Our Products
We supply a full range of packaging products from collapsible 6mm plywood boxes and Euro sized pallet collars, to tarpaulins and covers and corrugated products. We also stock environmentally-friendly clay desiccant.

INTERCEPT Technology® ™ is a greener, cleaner and a more user-friendly way of packing product and protecting it against corrosion. Because of its outstanding oil-free properties, it’s the go-to product for major automotive companies such as Ford and JCB when shipping or storing fully-assembled engines, disc brakes or gear boxes.
